HAK refrains from comments
The opposition Armenian National Congress (HAK) holds a rally near the Matenadaran Research Institute of Old Manuscripts on September 18.
Remind that on September 8, member of the opposition Republic Party's Board Artak Zeinalian notified the Yerevan City Hall about opposition's meetings in Yerevan City to be held from September to 24.
On Friday the City Hall sanctioned opposition's five meetings and banned that of September 21 motivating the denial by another event in the area on the same day.
Today Mr. Zeinalian refrained from commenting on A1+'s question whether HAK aims to hold mass meetings from September 19 to September 24.
Unable to get an answer from Artak Zeinalian, A1+ turned to Spokesperson for Armenia's first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan, Arman Musinyan who also abstained from comments.
