Nerve concussion diagnosis
Tigran Arakelyan, who is currently at the prison of the RA Justice Ministry's "Nubarashen" penitentiary, was transferred to the "Prisoners' Hospital penitentiary" on July 15 with a nerve concussion diagnosis.
Tigran Arakelyan's health is currently normal and he is under doctors' supervision, as reported by the Justice Ministry's Penitentiaries Department Arsen Babayan.
The latter claims that the rumors that Tigran Arakelyan was tortured are not true.
"Proof of that is the fact that he came to the "Nubarashen" penitentiary without any beatings," says Arsen Babayan.
