Why didn't former political prisoner Hakob Hakobian charged with last year's post-election events participate at yesterday's rally of the Armenian National Congress (HAK)?
A1+ addressed the question to Hakobian's Advocate Melanya Arustamian. The latter said Hakob Hakobian has gone abroad for treatment and will be back after finishing the course.
Remind that Hakob Hakobian was charged with calls for mass disturbances and sentenced to five years' imprisonment.
He was released under the amnesty bill dated June 19, 2009.
