Does CEC have one task?
"I can say for sure that Armenia's electoral system is much more developed than our parties' abilities during electoral processes," CEC President Garegin Azaryan told a press conference when speaking about HAK's appeal to the Administrative Court.
Remind that the Armenian National Congress (HAK) protested against the election conduct and large-scale election frauds.
Garegin Azaryan notes that certain parts of the opposition's application resemble "an unsuccessful diploma," others are an utter lie.
The CEC President stated that no conscript voted on the election day as their names were not included in the electoral lists as was reported by the HAK.
"No one denies that there were cases of vote violation. The reason for this is the lack electoral culture. The main task of the Central Election Commission is to explain our civilians the cost of the ballot paper," announced Mr. Azaryan.
