The Prosperous Armenia party doesn't exclude the fact that it may start negotiations with the Armenian National Congress.

"Nothing is impossible in politics and 1 or 2 episodes may become a turning point. But I think that the Prosperous Armenia party is not half-opposition or opposition," said Prosperous Armenia party press speaker Khachik Galstyan.

Despite its disappointment with the results of the Yerevan mayor elections, Prosperous Armenia doesn't think that their votes were falsified.

"The Yerevan mayor elections showed that the Republican Party got the majority of votes and reserved the right to take on administration of Yerevan."

Does Prosperous Armenia share the view that it got 23% of the votes? Didn't they steal your votes? In response to this, Galstyan said:

"No, we are not complaining about that. We will be more self-organized during the next elections and will get more votes."

You and the rest of the party affiliates have mentioned over and over that Gagik Tsarukyan is the biggest businessman in Armenia. Don't you think that his presence at the National Assembly is a constitutional violation? In response, Mr. Galstyan said:

"The Constitution prohibits the parliamentarian from doing business and as far as I know, business and entrepreneurship are legally two different thing; so, there is no violation."

The Prosperous Armenia press speaker also said that Gagik Tsarukyan has even given an annual report on his 40 million dollar income. "Everyone says that he is doing charity to avoid paying taxes. Mr. Tsarukyan has openly announced his profits because he is a developed businessman and is ready to give some of his profit to the government regardless of elections."

Khachik Galstyan also touched upon tomorrow's discussion on the Amnesty bill in parliament and said that the party hopes that there will be many people in liberty as possible.
