A reference has been published on the reports and publications of mass media, Prosecutor-General's Office, prosecutor's offices of the capital and communities on the infringement of suffrage during the Yerevan municipal elections.
According to the document, nine actions have been brought on the basis of 30 applications and 47 publications. 36 decisions were made to refuse institution of criminal cases.
One of the nine cases has been forwarded to the prosecutor's office; the others are still under investigation.
