HAK demands to annul municipal election
The Armenian National Congress (HAK) today submitted a written-complaint to the Central Election Commission with a demand to annul the May 31 municipal election.
The document contains numerous violations and election frauds recorded at the pre-election period, election day and vote recount, reports the HAK press conference.
