Prosecutor advised drinking boiled beer
The court hearing on the case of Alexander Arzumanyan and Suren Sirunyan, charged with last year's deadly clashes in Yerevan, was adjourned today.
Today the court was to study additional motions and proofs. But Sirunyan's Advocate Varduhi Elbakyan was unable to speak because of an inflammation of vocal cords.
Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan adjourned the sitting till May 12.
Prosecutor Koryun Piloyan was also concerned over the advocate's health state. After the sitting he went up to Varduhi Elbakyan and advised her to drink boiled beer. "It will do you good," said the prosecutor.
Court bailiffs today very surprisingly kind to defendant Alexander Arzumanyan and let him greet his mother greet behind a glass window.
