"Outrageous lie and fabrication"
According to Azeri mass media, Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian has announced that the Armenian-Turkish frontier will be opened by April 24, following U.S. President Barrack Obama's visit. Minister Nalbandian also said that Turkey's Foreign Minister is expected to arrive in Yerevan by mid-April. During the meeting an arrangement will be made regarding the frontier opening.
Spokesman for Armenia's Foreign Ministry Tigran Balayan refutes the information saying it is all fabricated and does not correspond to reality. He says Edward Nalbandian spoke about the frontier opening during an event organised by "Novosti Armenia" without mentioning any terms.
