Senor Hasratyan: “Azeri side violates cease-fire”
Azerbaijani serviceman Javid Suleymanov was killed near Fizuly region at the contact line of Karabakhi and Azerbaijani Armed Forces. According to Azeri mass media Suleymanov was shot dead by NKR Armed Forces. Moreover, Azerbaijan states that the Armenian side is constantly violating the cease-fire.
NKR defense ministry spokesman, lieutenant colonel Senor Hasratyan says the Azeri side violates the cease fire nearly every day and starts skirmish just on the frontline.
"Azeri's announcements are distorted and do not correspond to reality. I am not aware whether they has victims or not," added Senor Hasratyan.
