ROBERT KOCHARYAN IS A “CULTUR”-ED MAN
Support A1+!Margarita Simonyan, the Armenian correspondent of the Russian TV company “Rosia” news program, asked the two President what is done to enhance the cultural bonds and to get the young generation acquainted with the cultural values of the CIS countries.
Here Robert Kocharyan had his answer: he found the role of the new technologies, of television very important. “In order to enhance those bonds in Armenia the Channel “Culture” is broadcast”, said Robert Kocharyan and added that “Culture”, for example, is the most popular channel in their house; it’s a very good channel and has no advertisements.
As for Vladimir Putin, he found the right of the CIS people to transport in the CIS countries freely important, which will greatly contribute to the exchange of cultures.
