On April 25 Armenia’s Human Rights Ombudsman Armen Harutiunian will present a special report on the pre- and post-election period in the Republic of Armenia.

Under Article 17 of the RA Law on “RA Human Rights Ombudsman” the Ombudsman can file a special report in case “mass violations and rough breaches of human rights arousing deep resonance are left unaddressed,” the statement of the RA Human Rights Ombudsman’s Office runs.
