Support A1+!The NKR Foreign Ministry is surprised at the attitude of the European international structures towards the Constitutional referendum in NKR “with which they try to cast doubt on fact of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic being in the legal field”.
The Ministry mentions that the Referendum is the recurrent phase envisaging principles of democracy in the main law of the country and developing legislation. It also aims at the realization of the civic society.
At the same time the Ministry has voiced confidence that the adoption of the Constitution cannot hinder the efforts of the international mediators to peacefully settle the Karabakh conflict.
“The NKR Foreign Ministry voices hope that the European structures will revise their biased attitude towards the democratic procedures in the Nagorno Karabakh Republic”, the statement adds.
