By the May 4 decree of Robert Kocharyan Arshak Poladyan has been resigned from the post of the Armenian Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the United Arab Arabian Emirates (Abu Dhabi). Vahagn Meliqyan has been appointed instead.
