SOCIAL WELFARE MINISTER REPORTING ON SOCIAL CARDS

Government has today heard the report on “Process of Introduction of the System for Social Welfare Cards in Armenia”.

Armenian Labor and Social Welfare Minister Aghvan Vardanyan reported that as a result of the measures taken at October 10, 2004 data, 1.850.000 claims to receive the social cards were put to the empowered body. 1.840.000 of them was worked out. 1.410.000 social cards were printed and sent to the competent bodies. 430.000 were rejected.
