LORA KENNEDY MEETS VARDAN OSKANYAN
Support A1+!On Thursday, the U.S. State Secretary Adviser Lora Kennedy met with Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan in Yerevan.
Discussing regional problems the sides exchanged opinions about post-war recovery of Iraq and Armenia’s possible part in that.
Armenia’s prospects to settle relationship with Turkey were also discussed among other issues. Oskanyan found them unlikely amid ongoing blockade of Armenia by Turkey and expressed his concern about that saying such a policy is hobbling the region development.
Discussing Armenian-American relations, the sides pointed out their dynamic development and placed it on record with satisfaction that they remain to be stable and predictable.
