During the meeting of state heads of Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council within NATO Summit Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan made a speech.

He expressed confidence NATO’ decision will set new commitments to Turkey, the only NATO-member neighboring country of South Caucasus states.

Armenian FM referred to the baseless accusations of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliev made at Summit regarding refugees, “occupied territories”, the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, and stated the situation around Nagorno Karabakh is the consequence of Azerbaijan’s aggression. Minister stressed that Nagorno Karabakh has never been in the composition of independent Azerbaijan.

Armenian delegation will return to Yerevan late late at night.
