ANDRANIK MARGARYAN MET NEWLY APPOINTED HEAD OF USAID YEREVAN OFFICE

Armenian PM Andranik Margaryan received Tuesday the head of the U.S. Agency for International Development Yerevan office Kith Simmons, who is completing his 3-year mission in Armenia.

Mr. Simmons thanked Armenian government for cooperation saying three years of joint work were fruitful: many USAID programs had been worked out and implemented.

He introduced his successor Robin Philips to Margaryan. Armenian premier wish Simmons good luck and expressed hope that the new head of the office will work as effective as his predecessor.
