Armenian Foreign Affairs Ministry is taking steps to release the Armenian pilots arrested in Guinea. The pilots are accused of participation in an overturn attempt. The representatives of ICRC left for Guinea to get to know the situation at the scene. At the same time “International Amnesty” organization urged the Guinean Authorities to refrain from applying violence to the arrested.

Armenian representatives appealed to the Guinean representatives in UNO’ Committee on Human Rights in order that Guinea should display an attitude to the Armenian pilots, proceeding from the international norms of human rights.
