On January 20 Armenian Parliament Speaker Arthur Baghdasaryan received Mikhail Krotov, Secretary General of CIS Inter- parliamentary Assembly. Issues on Armenia’s participation in Saint Petersburg’ economic forum in June, 2004, were discussed at the meeting.
Armenia will be represented to the forum with its trade and industry potential.
It is planned that more than 1000 businessmen from Russia, the representatives of International Trade Organization, World Bank, leaders of European huge banks, etc will take part in the forum.
Besides the meetings and discussions, exhibitions will be staged within the forum. Armenia will be introduced through a cultural program, too.
