OSCE YEREVAN OFFICE’S NEW-APPOINTED HEAD IS RUSSIAN
Support A1+!Newly appointed head to the OSCE Yerevan office is Russian Vladimir Bryakhin.
Mr. Bryakhin was received today by Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan. After congratulating Bryakhin on his new appointment, the minister voiced his satisfaction at effectiveness of the office’s cooperation with Armenian authorities and organizations.
