ARMENIAN PRESIDENT HOSTS RUSSIAN DELEGATION

Delegation of high-level officials headed by Russian Federation Deputy Presidential Staff Vladislav Surkov arrived Wednesday in Yerevan. Today, Armenian President Robert Kocharyan received the delegation. He strongly condemned the latest terrorist action in Moscow.

The aim of delegation is to establish closer ties between the two countries’ presidential staffs, Vladislav Surkov said. Both sides attached a great importance to the Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov’s upcoming visit to Armenia. Krasnodar province’s governor Alexander Tkachev, speaking about the province Armenian population, said friendly relations with Armenian community have established.
