Today we celebrate the Day of Constitution.

Our society had grounds to know by experience that the Armenian Constitution could stand tests and safeguard our country against possible shocks when crisis.

Necessity of execution of Constitutional reforms and renovation of legal bases has matured for our country developing. Works on them are in the final stage.

I congratulate you on the Constitution Day. I believe that the Constitution of Armenia will serve many generations and its rigorous execution will be the norm of our life.
