PUTIN CONGRATULATED ROBERT KOCHARYAN

In connection with the 10th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Armenian Republic and Russian Federation Russian president Vladimir Putin sent a congratulation message to Robert Kocharyan.

The message particullary says

"Dear Mr. Robert,

I congratulate You with all my heart on the 10th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Russian Federation and Republic of Armenia.

Relations between our countries based on centuries-old freindship of our people have become deeper, mutually profitable and multilateral which corresponds with the vital interests of Russia and Armenia as ally States.

It gladdens that the considerable potential obtained in the result of bilateral co-operation permits us to carry out international terrorism successive prevention through the way of close co-operation as well to strengthen the Contract on Collective Security. It also allows to appear in CIS, UNO and OSCE and other international organizations from the common points on international policy urgent problems.

I am sure that the forthcoming years will open new positive prospects for Russian-Armenian relations development in the name of friendship and well-being of our people as well as strengthening peace and stability in Caucasus.

I wish You, Dear Robert Kocharyan, sound health and every success in Your State activity and the Armenia fraternal people I wish happiness and well-being."
