The Director General of Bjni factory L. Harutiunyan issued a statement today which runs, “The Compulsory Executive Services of the Republic of Armenia are trying their utmost to put out the factory’s property to an electronic auction. In particular, they conceal the price of the property. The Company has not been provided with a copy of the record of assessment of its property. How can a company protect itself in the given circumstance?
The director general wonders how the Company’s debts can be recouped if the Company owes 1.5 billion drams to the Sukiasyan family, 200 million drams to the bank and 500 million drams to the staff, suppliers, etc.
The director general urges the CES not to act by law, otherwise they will harm the Company, its shareholders, creditors, and possible buyers and asks for a copy of the assessment record.
