Yesterday the coordinator of the National Political Initiative of Armenian Volunteer Union, Jirair Sefilyan, received a letter signed by the head of Passport and Visa Division of the Police. The letter informs that under a Presidential decree of November 18, 2008, Jirair Sefilyan's application for Armenian citizenship was rejected.
