Support A1+!“Dilettantes are capable of presenting the hell to the best advantage,” HHSh board member Aram Manukyan said regarding the attempts aimed at presenting the Madrid principles over the Karabakh conflict settlement in a favourable light.
Manukyan says the acting authorities try to present their failures as achievements.
“This is insolence. I have never come across such cynicism. How can one present a diplomatic defeat and failure for an achievement. The future generations will curse them as thousands of innocent people died for Karabakh’s self-determination, amidst the conflict resolution, while today Karabakh is not involved in the talks,” said Manukyan with regard to the Moscow Declaration signed between the Presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia on November 2.
People carried on a struggle for Karabakh’s self-determination and if today Karabakh doesn’t participate in the talks, it means all explanations and demands are nonsense.
Aram Manukyan states that today all documents and principles refer to the territorial concessions, there is no mention about self-determination.
The principles of Madrid clearly set down territorial integrity. What are they speaking about? Let them be frank and say everything straightforward!
