JHANGIRIAN’S CLAIM REJECTED

Today the RA Administrative Court rejected former Deputy Prosecutor General Gagik Jhangirian’s claim against RA ex-President Robert Kocharian’s two decrees. One of the decrees revealed Jhangirian of his post, while the other deprived him of his class degree.

The court session started at 9:30 a.m. and Jhangirian was unable to attend it, as at such an early hour he could be directed to the court-room only with permission of the management board of isolation cell.

Judge Artsrun Mirzoyan read out the court decision. Jhangirian’s claim was rejected.
