At about 3.15 p.m., on July 7, a silver Mercedes with the number 11 … 887 kidnapped Arsen Nersissian at the intersection of Abovyan and Tumanyan streets, reports the Centre for the Popular Movement.

Arsen Nersissian had participated in the protest action in protection of Armenia’s detained MP Sasun Mikayelian earlier in the day

The Centre for the Popular Movement describes this incident as another expression of banditry. The Centre urges the police to reveal the kidnappers and bring them to justice.
