“MY CAR IS A SERIOUS POLITICAL PRISONER”

Aram Sarkissian was speaking of his green Jeep which had been taken to a penalty area during the pre-election campaign, after a January 28 motor race organised by the opposition. Actually, the car belongs to Vazgen Sarkissian. The car has been in the area ever since.
Asked why the car is not returned to the owner, Aram Sarkissian said: “The car is considered material evidence. The main material evidence - tents were being taken down on March 1 while cars are kept as material evidence. My car behaves like a real gentleman. It is ready to stand at the area much longer for the sake of justice and freedom.”
