SEFILIAN APPLIED FOR CITIZENSHIP
Support A1+!The Passport and Visa Department of the RoA Police has recently accepted Zhirair Sefilian’s third application for citizenship. The first bapplication was left unaddressed by Robert Kocharian still in 2004, and the second was rejected in 2006 without sufficient grounds. Zhirair Sefilian made his third attempt while serving his sentence but the officers of the Visa and Passport Department refused to accept it for different excuses.
