AGO GROUP IN TER-PETROSSIAN’S HOUSE
Support A1+!Reporters asked the head of the CoE Ago Group Per Sjogren today why the Group's meeting with Armenia's first President Levon Ter-Petrossian took place in the latter's house instead of the Yerevan Hotel. “The venue was changed upon the request of Ter-Petrossian and we honoured it,” said Per Sjogren.
The European diplomat didn't comment on the reasons for the request. He says that they had free access to Levon Ter-Petrossian's house and encountered no obstacle in this respect. They discussed the home political situation with the first president of Armenia. Levon Ter-Petrossian shared his opinions and approaches with the head of Ago group. The European diplomat says the Ago Group wants to have a full picture of the situation in Armenia and therefore it meets with all the sides engaged in the events.
