Javier Solana, High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy of the EU, congratulated the Armenian nation with the conduction of regular and competitive presidential election in Armenia.

“I want to congratulate the Armenian nation with the conduction of competitive presidential election on 19 February. I am content with assessment of the international observation mission on the process of the RA presidential election, who consider that the election was in line with the OSCE and the Council of Europe commitments and standards”.
