ARAM HARUTYUNYAN IS HAPPY
Support A1+!“I consider Serge Sargsyan’s victory my and my voter’s victory”, said the Chairman of the “Nation Concord” party, RA presidential candidate Aram Harutyunyan. The latter has got 3092 votes according to the preliminary tabulation. Aram Harutyunyan has invited the mass media today to announce that he congratulates Serge Sargsyan with the victory in the presidential election.
“I hope that he will become everyone’s president. I hope that he will follow the principle of national conciliation. Now when the country is in such situation, there are still challenges to overcome, problems to settle, particularly Karabakh problem, he is obliged to follow the principle of the national conciliation and serve the nation”, he said.
As compared with other presidential candidates, Aram Harutyunyan is not concerned with the fact that he has appeared to be the last one in the candidates’ election list. Aram Harutyunyan hopes that Serge Sargsyan will put into action his programs. As to the election riggings, he had no doubts that the election was fair, since his headquarter had not registered any cases of violation.
“As a candidate I am happy that we did not go back”, pointed Aram Harutyunyan. He promises to stay in the politics but does not say what post he wants from the authorities. “I do not consider the talks on the post serious”, said Mr Harutyunyan.
