Reflecting on the notice of police that the rally was not permitted, Nikol Pushinyan stated that Serge Sargsyan had no right to talk of law. “Was it legal when the policemen in uniforms beat a deputy? Was it legal when a criminal with Nemets Rubo nickname detained and beat people? Was it legal when the criminal Hovhannes Shahinyan beat innocent people with his band? Serge Sargsyan has no right to talk of law”, said Nikol Pushinyan.
