CC DISMISSES ACTION

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia dismissed Levon Ter-Petrossian’s action to recognize the obstacles posed in his way insuperable.

The CC decided,

1. the arguments submitted by the plaintiff do not ground to recognise the existing obstacles insurmountable for the candidate,

2. Under Article 102 of the RA CC, the decision is found definite and will come into force the moment it is published.

At the same time, the CC finds the actions of Levon Ter-Petrossian’s proxies law competent. They are driven by the criteria set by law.
