“OCTOBER 27” CASE UNDAMAGED
Support A1+!“Generally, scandalous cases, like that of October 27, aren't kept in the Justice Ministry,” Lana Mshetsian, Press Secretary for the Justice Ministry of the Republic of Armenia, told A1+.
She says that great losses were inflicted on Deputy Minister Gevorg Kostanian. The latter represents Armenia at the European Court.
The archive of personal files and work-record books has burnt down in the result of the fire. A commission has been set up to tackle the problem. Most notary ocuments and the archive of the civilian registrar's are saved.
To note, a fire-fighting brigade is still working on the site.
Reminder: a fire broke out at the premises of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia on the night of February 8. About 30 fire-engines arrived at the site to extinguish the fire.
