ADK WILL NOT SECOND ANY CANDIDATE

The Armenian Democratic Party (ADK) will not back any candidate during the upcoming elections. ADK leader Aram Sargsian says he is well aware of the candidates’ family and political background and their teams. The programmes presented by the candidates are not in keeping with the ADK principles.

Aram Sargsian posed another important question. “Will the acting President quit politics or will he hold a post in higher echelons? His stay will hardly bring serious changes in the country,” he said.

The ADK leader does not endorse the former authorities’ return to politics. Besides, the ADK has observed serious clash of ideas among the other candidates. Therefore, the party will not back any candidate.
