Aram Harutiunian is confident of his victory provided the elections are not rigged. Being a man of principle he hasn’t changed his tactics.
Aram Harutiunian suggests forming an economic parliament as “some MPs are engaged in business.”The parliament will involve representatives of small and medium business as well.
According to the presidential candidate Armenia’s electoral system is far from being flawless as votes have to “make a choice between black and white.” The candidates should be given certain points-8, 7, etc. In that case it will be useless to hold a second round as the next president will be known after the first round.
The tax service also has shortcomings.
Aram Harutiunian is ready to enter dispute with all candidates except for the Chairman of ALM Holding Tigran Karapetian.
If elected he will declare Election Day a national holiday.
