“Russia will do its utmost to carry out an agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia,” first Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Andrey Denisov said.

“The resolution of the Karabakh conflict mostly depends on the conflicting sides. Any conflict existing in the region impedes partnership,” he added.
