CEC WILL NOT INVITE
Support A1+!The RA Central Electoral Commission will invite only short-term observers to monitor presidential elections on 19 February. But, as the CEC press secretary said, long-term international observers will also be invited.
According to the Article 28 of the RA Electoral Code, the RA President, National Assembly, Government and the Central Electoral Commission have the right to invite international observers. Thus, the fact that CEC will not invite long-term observers, does not suppose that such observers will not be invited in general.
