The characteristic feature of such power is the feeling of property; they consider their property their country, while the servants are the nation. Explaining the essence of Tatar-Mongol power in detail, Levon Ter-Petrosyan made some parallels with the today’s ruling administration. According to the First President, they are similar to each other. They also consider that Armenia is their property, and they share all wealth between their relatives and friends. If an official in Karabakh is released from his post, they immediately find another position for him in Armenia.
Tatar-Mongols also used to change their religion, to underline this Levon Ter-Petrosyan mentioned that Robert Kocharyan and Serge Sargsyan were communists, then they became members of the “Armenian National Movement”, then Kocharyan began to support Dushnaks, while Serge Sargsyan began to lead the “Republican Party of Armenia”. “Tomorrow they may choose another belief”.
Levon Ter-Petrosyan disappointed Robert Kocharyan and Serge Sargsyan, who considered that Ter-Petrosyan’s cartridges were exhausted and he had nothing new to say.
