In his speech Levon Ter-Petrosyan reflected on Robert Kocharyan’s declarations as if the “Armenian National Movement” destroyed Armenian economy. He reflected on the economic state during the last Soviet Union years and described in detail the state of economy during his officiate. Ter-Petrosyan announced that we should not blame Russia in “Property for debt” deal.

As Vladimir Putin announced “Property for debt” formula was offered by the RA authorities avoiding 100 million dollars debt. He announced that 100 million dollars were nothing and were not a problem for Russia.

“Where are 148 million dollars?”, said Levon Ter-Petrosyan talking about “ArmRusGasArd”. A similar question raised Robert Kocharyan during a Government session. The latter directed this question to the director of “ArmRusGasArd” about the money for gas exhausted during 2 years, but he has received no answer until today. Levon Ter-Petrosyan hinted that Kocharyan’s people had stolen this money.

“You accuse me of pro-Turkism”, he said and an annoying wave arouse in the Liberty Square, scolding the National TV Company and the authorities.

Then he continued: “People who have served Turkeys during their conscientious life blame me in pro-Turkism”. The participants approved his words with applauds. The First President reminded that he was the descendant of genocide outlives and the Genocide Museum-Institute was build during his officiate.
