The judgment on “Royal Armenia” case was delivered some minutes ago. The owners of “Royal Armenia” Company who were acquitted by the First Instance Court, were recognized guilty by the RA Appeal Court. Aram Ghazaryan, executive director of “Royal Armenia” was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment, while Gagik Hakobyan, one of the owners of the Company, was sentenced to 6 years of imprisonment. However, Aram Ghazaryan will not be isolated since he has already spent 1,9 years of punishment in the prison.
