November 19 Armenia's first President Levon Ter-Petrossian received Peter Semneby, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus.

Armenia's first president Levon Ter-Petrossian listed his proposals on amendments to the Electoral Code which he spelled out during the November 16 rally. The Civil Initiative Office handed over the first three issues of the bulletin on infringements of human rights and violence by the police.
