“Levon Ter-Petrossian’s victory means Armenia’s victory. You will hear sincere and clever things today,” Ohan Durian addressed the rally presentees in a trembling voice. His speech was followed by Nikol Pashinian, the leader of the Alternative Initiative.

The latter enumerated people recently punished by the authorities for backing Levon Ter-Petrossian.

“Long live to the Republic of Armenia! Long live to our children who will live in a happy and free country. Freedom! Freedom!” Nikol Pashinian said.

The crowd shouted unanimously, “Freedom! Freedom!”
