“In compliance with that employees of the RA National Security Service and other high-ranking officials headed by Gorik Hakobyan, bring the representatives of radical opposition to police stations in all regions of the Republic by the authorities’ order and warn them to carry out the pre-election campaign in favour of the authorities’ candidate, thus in favour of Serge Sargsyan. Otherwise they will be punished for groundless accusations”.
The Board of the “New Times” party condemns any action that restricts human rights, particularly, “when such actions are implemented by one of the mainstays of the State – National Security Service to satisfy the needs of ruling clique”.
