SERZH SARKISSIAN CANNOT TELL A LIE LOOKING INTO A PERSON'S EYES
Support A1+!“I advise you to clear up to which clan the Sukiassians' property belongs,” RA Prime Minister Serzh Sarkissian said in the National Assembly today in reply to Anahit Bakhshian's question regarding the pressure exerted on Deputy Khachatur Sukiassian.
The Armenian premier declined to give a straightforward answer to the question. He simply cited some newspapers.
Newspapers state that Armenia's economy is divided between 2-3 clans. Firstly, I would like you to find out to which clan the Sukiassians' property belongs. Secondly, should a person engaged in politics evade taxes? Thirdly, audits have always been conducted in “Sill Group” and in other enterprises. This is not a novelty. What is the use of shifting an economic question to the political domain and kicking up a fuss over it? I find it a bit weird.
I would like to believe your words. I would like to believe the words of all state figures. Unfortunately, Mr Prime Minister, your words do not correspond to the reality, Anahit Bakhshian said.
Mr Sarkissian confessed that he could not tell a lie looking into a person's eyes. “I cannot tell a lie from a tribune looking into a person's eyes. RA Customs and Tax Services can testify to my words.”
