Support A1+!The law on “Operative investigation” adopted by the NA proved the consideration of the opposition that the authorities were in a loss. The same opinion expressed members of “Sargis Tkhruni” students’ union, “Ajlyntranq” social initiative, “Young Conservatives” NGO.
According to the authors of the announcement, the mentioned law says that giving evidences is enough for starting an action against somebody or the National Security Service (NSS) has the right to hear the talks of each RA citizen: “This law allows the authorities to start criminal cases against people before presidential elections and the NSS will make “Yerevan” penitentiary a center for political prisoners. We condemn this crime and note that the authorities will account for it sooner or later”,- says the announcement.
