GHUKASYAN CARRIED OUT HIS DUTIES

Commenting on the statements of international community that the elections in Nagorno-Karabakh would not be recognized, he declared: “If the international community does not recognize the electoral processes in our Republic, let them offer their alternative variant or Ghukasyan should proclaim myself Turkmenbashi and rule the country for a half century”, said Mr Ghukasyan, underlining that the NKR conducted the election for the nation not for the international community.
As to the announcements of Masis Mayilyan’s proxies on the registered fraud cases, the President noted that he had studied them. “There is nothing serious, just a negative PR”, he said.
According to Arkady Ghukasyan, the future president of Nagorno-Karabakh will undertake the responsibility of conflict settlement and will do his best to involve the NKR in the negotiation processes.
